What Bouncing Kingdom brings?

• We deliver a sanitized bounce house, we set it up according with to the safety rules and we pick it up

• We provide a 100 ft extension cord

• A tarp, to keep the area clean

• The blower (fan)

What do I need to provide?

• You have to provide a clean and flat area (with no dogs things, please).

• The electrical power (A  grounded 3 prong 110V outlet located at 75 feet from the bounce house)

• Water  hose (for the wet ones)

• Adult supervision

Where do you offer free shipping?

We do free shipping in the following zip codes: 32225, 32277,32211,32207,32216, 32246,32224, 32223, 32257, 32258,32208,32209.

 

We charge $60 for delivery in the following zip codes: 32210, 32244,32259, 32250, 32233, 32218, 32219, 32226

 

We do not serve the following cities:  St Augustine, Callahan, Middleburg, Yulee

 

I need it overnight, Is there any charge?

Yes we charge $60 for dry bounce houses and $100 for the wet ones

What payments do you take?

Cash and cards.  Cash at the listed price and with cards there is a $10 fee
 

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

Yes. An electric blower keeps air in the unit the entire time - if unplugged, it will deflate. We require an outlet within 75´ of the unit and we will provide an extension cord.

What surfaces do you set up on?

We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rock as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. If we are setting up on any surface other than grass please let us know ahead of time so that we can bring the proper equipment to safely setup.

Can I pick up and set up my rental myself?

Safety is our number one concern. Some companies will allow the customer to pick up and set-up the rentals, but we do not feel that guarantees safety. We personally set-up and pick-up every rental. The set-up area will be evaluated, the correct size, type, and length of power cord will be used and we make sure all of the connections are correctly made. We will use the proper straps, stakes, tie downs, and anchors to secure the inflatable to the ground and ensure its safe operation.
